Start with our hand-crafted roasted garlic crostini, which we pack separately to ensure crispiness on the day of your event.
Then on your event day, simply ASSEMBLE - add your chosen topping to the crostini, serve, and wait for the "OMG that's delicious!" response from your guests.
Crostini and toppings are packaged for 12 pieces. We recommend 2-3 pieces per guest.
Choose your topping (1 topping per 12 crostini pieces):
- *Traditional Bruschetta (a bright medley of fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar) *this version is dairy-free
- Traditional Bruschetta with Fresh Mozzarella (a bright medley of fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar plus fresh mozzarella)
- Prosciutto Bruschetta (premium prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, basil w/ a balsamic drizzle)
- Smoked Salmon & Caper Bruschetta (smoked wild-caught salmon with house-made chive- and caper-infused cream cheese & mascarpone blend. Garnished with capers)
- Fig & Almond Bruschetta (decadent fig jam is married with toasted almonds and house-made herb-infused cream cheese & mascarpone blend)
- Kalamata & Peppers Tapenade (tapenade of kalamata olives, roasted sweet peppers, pine nuts and fresh herbs, served over a dollop of chevre cheese)
- Chevre & Roasted Garlic (spread this flavorful roasted garlic, fresh herb, and chevre cheese blend on crostini, then garnish with chopped roasted garlic and fresh parsley.
