Our business is growing and we require additional capital to fund inventory and new equipment for our Manufacturing division.  

 

We are currently seeking private investors to help fund the growth of our business.  Investment opportunities range from $10,000 to $500,000 with terms of 3 to 5 years.  Investors of $100,000 or more will be offered an equity position; smaller investors are paid principal, interest and profit share.  This opportunity will close once we have reached our target raise of $500,000.
